College Evaluation Day
On Wednesday April 28th both the Passing School and Interior Academy will be taking part in our “College Evaluation Day."
We have invited college coaching staffs to come and watch the camps on this day to give your son a chance to be seen in person by college recruiters.
Representatives from colleges and universities from all over the Midwest have been invited to attend the camp, in conjunction with the Region 1 College Recruiting Smoker.
Information about the camp, and the open evaluation day, has been sent to over 200 different college and universities.
We believe that the “Evaluation Day” is a great opportunity for your son to be seen by the recruiters. Recruiters from Division 2, Division 3, NAIA, and Junior Colleges will be in attendance to watch and evaluate players while they participate in drills. In compliance with 2008 rules changes made by the NCAA, Division 1A coaches will not be allowed to attend the evaluation night like they did last year. The rules do not have an effect on schools from the other divisions.
Note: The coaches that attend will be coming to watch and evaluate. They will not work the camp, nor will they communicate with the players or their parents.
We are simply creating an opportunity for your son to participate in drill work and group activities in front of the recruiters.
